Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate the annual training plan and classify technical training levels.
- Prepare training materials and transform training materials for use in delivery.
- Construct the training base and prepare training aids.
- Organise and implement dealer service and technical training.
- Prepare and distribute TSB documents.
- Collect, organise and issue technical cases.
- Complete other daily temporary work arranged by leaders.
Education and Experience
- Technical training qualification or equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is advantageous.
- 5 years and above automotive aftersales experience with training experience.
- Train the Trainer certification is advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Proficient automotive technology knowledge, including automotive structure, working principles and common fault diagnosis methods.
- Knowledge of after-sales service processes, standards and specifications.
Competencies
- Ability to analyse training needs, design courses, produce materials and implement training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of different levels and backgrounds.
