Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential dealer partners in accordance with company network development plans.
- Conduct dealer assessments, site visits, due diligence, and qualification reviews.
- Support dealer appointments, onboarding, and network expansion activities.
- Monitor dealer qualification status and compliance with company requirements.
- Participate in dealer performance reviews and support dealer improvement, suspension, restructuring, or exit processes where required.
- Maintain dealer development, assessment, and network management records.
- Support the implementation of dealer performance management standards, programs, and evaluation processes.
- Monitor dealership performance against company standards and operational requirements.
- Support the implementation of dealership performance improvement initiatives.
- Track dealer performance progress and support continuous network quality enhancement.
- Support the implementation of dealership classification, improvement, retention, and exit actions based on performance management outcomes.
- Support implementation of dealership sales training programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate dealership participation and external training resources.
- Monitor training effectiveness and collect dealership feedback.
- Support the coordination and implementation of product knowledge, sales process, and brand training programs.
- Assist in other operations of the department.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in automotive sales, dealer network development, channel management, or related fields.
