Regional Business Development Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop potential dealer partners in accordance with company network development plans.
  • Conduct dealer assessments, site visits, due diligence, and qualification reviews.
  • Support dealer appointments, onboarding, and network expansion activities.
  • Monitor dealer qualification status and compliance with company requirements.
  • Participate in dealer performance reviews and support dealer improvement, suspension, restructuring, or exit processes where required.
  • Maintain dealer development, assessment, and network management records.
  • Support the implementation of dealer performance management standards, programs, and evaluation processes.
  • Monitor dealership performance against company standards and operational requirements.
  • Support the implementation of dealership performance improvement initiatives.
  • Track dealer performance progress and support continuous network quality enhancement.
  • Support the implementation of dealership classification, improvement, retention, and exit actions based on performance management outcomes.
  • Support implementation of dealership sales training programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate dealership participation and external training resources.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and collect dealership feedback.
  • Support the coordination and implementation of product knowledge, sales process, and brand training programs.
  • Assist in other operations of the department.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in automotive sales, dealer network development, channel management, or related fields.
